What's the KOFXIII of shmups?

A generally alright/good, but not the best, release by an experienced developer, but has extremely great presentation values. Attaches a bunch of secondaries who've never played the games, and only wank off to the sprite artwork of it. Also has a bunch of tourists who want the other games in this series to "go back to this game", despite the game itself having a lot of non-traditional things it did for the series.
