Project M was a mod designed to "fix" Brawl's issues and make it more balanced it had a pretty dedicated competitive scene and everything but then the modders stopped updating it... for reasons idk, so they went on to form their own platform fighter called Icons Arena which was basically a F2P Smash Bros with Overwatch on top for good measure, it didn't last, literally the "we'll make our own theme park with hookers and blackjack" except nobody wanted to play at the theme park, they wanted to stay at Nintendoland
