Where are you getting that from? There's a series of documents, that make up part of a book called "The Lost 72 Years", (written by that guy who gives you the quest to look into the existence of organic humanity in the Hall of Records) that refers to Mother Sphere's declaration of a new humanity happening 72 years ago at the time of him writing it, and he says the Naytiba appeared the very next year, and "humanity" fleeing to the Colony happened the year after that.
Besides this, Adam talks about his plan to unite the Naytiba and Andro-Eidos as a new Humanity being decades in the making.
