In my province there is a special license plate number configuration for commercial livery not otherwise specified. It means the vehicle isn't a rental, it isn't a real taxi, it's not a commercial class, but it is used for commercial purposes. What that means is the plate is for delivery and rideshare gig drivers only. It is wise to give these a wide berth. They are all Indian and they are all looking at their windshield mounted cell phone about as often as they are looking at the road.
