Our education system is broken and battered beyond recognition. Public schools are in a state of disrepair and chaos with seemingly no plans laid out to take control of their children or try to give them better futures. The upper classes send their children to the private schools you can’t afford that all but guarantee they are admitted to a college of their choosing, that you also will never be able to afford. They do not want your poverty stricken children to taint their nepotistic children. Our college education system is arguably even worse, with all manners of agendas except actually useful education being pushed, and no affordability for the working class poor. There are some states who would allow you to go to community college on credit, but you can bet they’ll keep you isolated from the universities that they don’t think you belong in unless you’re willing to hand over your life’s savings.

In the Information Age, one is now more capable of giving themselves a higher education than any university staffed with arrogant professors are able to. Unfortunate that most people do not know how to distinguish fact from falsehood, another consequence of our failed education system, or it would be a more viable solution for the working class. College in our nation has become a for profit scam seeking to drain you of even more of your resources and future resources, slogging you in debt and keeping you enslaved to the system for your own survival. That is what education in this nation is now.
