A nominally normal individual who has become somewhat subordinate to bizarre desires and abducts a young lady, and kills her, finds himself in a great deal of panic. All he wants to do is put distance between himself and the results of his activities, having done that there would be a fair degree of relief so to speak, at least relative to the high state of anxiety he was in when he was actually in possession of the body. Rest assured as the midnight hours fall and the sun rises again, he is sitting somewhere swearing to himself that he will never do that sort of thing again, to not get carried away with such anti-social urges and drives.
In the days and weeks following a killing of this kind there would be that undercurrent of anxiety that comes with wondering just what was seen or what was found, what was or was not missed. Over time he convinces himself this would never happen again. (That way he can do it again) so the emphasis goes from:
>"NEVER EVER do this again!"
to
>"Don't get caught"

Not "rage" as you think because I don't see it entering here. The act for this person, more often than not, the killing of the victim was done out of, sort of.... Look, on the one hand that act would be accomplished because of his perceived need to reduce the probability of detection after the sex act, another factor is this was a means to an end. The anticipation leading up to the killing of this kind is always a lot more exciting than the after math where the normal law abiding, rational self takes over again and resumes control. Of course it is forced to become party to this conduct and conspire for survival, a division of labor if you will. Overall, "arousal" would not be the correct word, it's more of an adventuristic type of thing. Don't worry, it would be quick. He takes no pleasure in inflicting suffering on the female. He even went so far to do everything he could not torture the victim with in reason, considering the unreasonableness of the act.
