There will always be border peoples, if the Greeks were pure white then it would be the Turks who were the border. The problem is the great intermingling of peoples that results from liberalism. There would be nothing wrong with Greeks being swarthy if the liberal system didn't force this mass intermingling. A great example is India, where rampant racial chaos has ensued since the coming of the British, such as the largest ethnic group in Delhi being Punjabis due to the mass exodus in the Partition.
