No. I'm criticizing the author for namedropping concepts taken from all over the place, from the most entry level, superficial scifi shit, and putting them in a universe where they don't belong. It doesn't make the world feel more real, it's the exact opposite: it makes it feel like a fanfiction. Free will is a decent subject to discuss, just not with a writer like Salagir and probably not in a Dragon Ball story.
