I have. Not with your pedo-vision goggles, mind you, but I have. And what I saw is that Discord's magic sometimes having bizarre effects doesn't make him random as a person. He's emotionally unstable, unpredictable to others, but generally strategic when not blinded by rage. He wasn't random in TRoH, and in S3, him eating paper was explicitly revealed to have been anything BUT "odd", though Discord totally hides behind this mask.
