>That's not the same as being successful
It's exactly the same.

>That doesn't make him not an incel retard
>You can still be an incel if women want to have sex with you.
Look up what "incel" means you moron retard.

No quick balls are ever sold in the starter town.

These are average Pokemon players. The average /vp/ visitor likely looks 20 times worse.

>To try to catch a wild Pokemon, you need a starter.
This is TRUE, and I already debunked the Hoenn example. Trying to catch a Pokemon without a starter is like trying to fight a wild frenzied animal with your bare hands. What happens if you get Tackled by a sentient solid rock (Geodude)? Your ribs would break, you'd get internal bleeding and you'd die.

>Super Nerds and Poke Maniacs have Pokemon, therefore I would get one
These trainers are 'eccentric', they are not disgusting dangerous freaks. Neither of them would attempt to rape a Gardevoir or Lopunny, which is a fantasy of 80-90% of this board, with multiple threads on this exact topic daily.

>Wimpod couldn't hurt me
>A twelve-kilo frenzied alien bug using Struggle Bug on me would do no lasting damage
You are utterly delusional. This thing would probably claw out your eyes.

>It is demonstrably untrue that Pokemon won't respect you if you're a loser
It is even a central plot point in the original anime, as well as a mechanic in every single game, that Pokemon won't respect you if you don't have enough badges. Being a criminal doesn't make you low social status, you can still be cool, have friends, a girlfriend, et cetera. Your social status is subzero as a /vp/ user, truly at the absolute rock bottom, since not a single person in the world respects you or cares about you. With your social status in the negatives, your Pokemon would 100% ignore you, and likely attack you and try to kill you (even though I cannot prove the latter).
