I mean, it looks like you're just using an x86 router to limit your bandwidth by ~5-10% to smooth out your latency.
I personally prefer higher throughput to slightly lower latency under load considering the number of times I'm doing something latency sensitive while downloading at 2gbps is almost never.
Also, posting a speedtest result from a month and a half ago isn't the most convincing argument you could make, especially when we're discussing the waveform bufferbloat test which is much more in-depth compared to the latency testing speedtest.net does.
and oh look, pic related I have only 1ms of loaded latency for downloads according to speedtest.net, but 12ms of loaded latency on the upload. Maybe, just MAYBE it's the ISP/Peers adding latency and not my router.
