see, i wish i could anticipate it like that, you have a superpower imo. for me when it first comes to passing out at work it feels like a very smooth transition where nothing changes until some random shit does, no sounds, no cues beyond feeling tired while typing up a legal document in word and suddenly oops, you're either going into a weird alternate reality dream state where it's your office but slightly different, or uncontrollably shaking in sleep paralysis. and having talked about it now i realize that doesn't even happen when i pass out in my chair after pulling all nighters at home over the weekend, just at work specifically
again, a very funny thing that this is even a function of our brains in the first place
