Thinking about maxxing the CPU on my AM4 build. Checked PCpartpicker for anything relevant and got the following:
>The Asus TUF GAMING X570-PLUS (WI-FI) ATX AM4 Motherboard supports the AMD Ryzen 9 5950X 3.4 GHz 16-Core Processor with BIOS version 2607. If the motherboard is using an older BIOS version, updating the BIOS will be necessary to support the CPU
>BIOS version 2607
Then checked the BIOS version using dmidecode utility:
# dmidecode
...
BIOS Information
Vendor: American Megatrends Inc.
Version: 4403
Release Date: 04/27/2022
...

So, 4403, right? Am I even looking at the right number here? What kind of logic does the versioning numbers follow? Going from 2000-something to 4000-something looks wrong to me, for whatever reason.

idk what sort of web server you are running but you should stop it, WireGuard doesn't require web servers in order to function
