Not canonically. In her game series, witches can use motorcycles powered up by their magic to even fly across outer space during cutscenes. Jeanne made it beyond the edge of the Solar System in a few minutes with her ride.

Dante is the one who canonically can get hurt if he falls off a motorcycle on a normal road. And in the games' story sections, the Spardas cannot reach a van on foot, not even in V. This also happens in the animated series.
