I watched the entire episode. No such thing is said. Amy's dialogue is also blatantly suggesting that she intends to use the spell to force Sonic to fall in love with her. She is portrayed as antagonistic down to the final minute. Even the alien who gives Amy the spell phrases it as "he won't be able to escape"
