My back started feeling better and I figured I was being a pussy by not walking more so I went for another walk, up to 20k steps now for today, but about half way my back started hurting again and now its killing me. Anyone else's back hurt after walking around awhile? Is this common for fats? Going to lay down to take the pressure off it. Ow.
