You're all laughing about the low reward but it's really an internal bounty hunt. The hoyo leakers are just the messengers. What they're really after is the source: the employee(s) that shared the info. I bet they put out that shitty $140 bounty just to see who gets spooked at the office. Make it too high and they have to assign people to deal with verifying the flood of anonymous tips. It's just low enough to send a message.
