Hint: A proper kernel for graphic workstations wouldn't have the need for something like X or Wayland in the first place. There wouldn't be 9,000 different standards for making graphic applications either. Since there would have been one true protocol in the kernel from the start. No one is impressed that you read a tutorial about multiplexers by the way.
