>Villainess Otome game
>look inside
>Bootleg Fire Emblem
Anyway here is an Isekai idea I'd like to see and hope someone can point me toward something like this:

>typical perspective of overworked office guy
>dies from overwork/truck whatever
>was a big fan of this fantasy RPG where you can min max the game by romancing the girls so that they give you better stats (think Persona) BUT if you are good enough you can avoid committing to one girl and just keep them all on edge to maximize your stats, think more Persona 3 than the other titles where you can at least remain a friend

>enters this world
>he is not considered THE HERO, because even in the game there is no chosen one, the player is supposed to be the one that rises above
>he romances them with the knowledge of the game and tries the same path
>BUT
>they are not NPCs, things are much harder, he risks getting them upset
>he doesn't care because he wants to become OP and fight the demon lord, he thinks the greater good is what matters
>BUT
>the demon lord is vanquished by someone else
>his house of cards comes crashing down and the girls start getting mad and he starts losing em
>another TWIST
>he is not the overworked salary man, he was actually the office boss, who was another fan of the game but treated its office workers like tools to get the maximum output from and he is doing it here too, but this time he has to live with the consequences

How will he fix things? How will that affect him? Will it finally teach him empathy? To treat people, "whether in your own person or in that of another, at all times also as an end, and not only as a means" ?
