Everything about the mood of the manga, the characters, the plot progression and the (lack of) worldbuilding would suggest that this should be another slow life cheat skill land development manga. Centering the story around a series of civil wars was the worst possible decision and the story constantly suffers from the author being unwilling to have characters fight a potentially lethal battle, you know the thing wars are kind of known for.

Unlike commoners, they would have the resources to sustain large families.
