i'm clearly against frames - this why i said that frame is just one (ONE) character while Devastator is an actual combiner (transformer made from different smaller transformers)

If you bought the biggest transformer from the frame line - you already can pose him and play with him.
If you didnt buy all Devastator toys you wouldn't be able even display him because he would be missing a leg or a torso.
