The loss of my tanyao sanshoku dora 2 was frustrating, but I opted for the furiten riichi anyway - fairly good wait, tsumo is huge and 1m gives the ittsu takame.
Wasn't sure at that point if damaing and trying to find non-furiten, maybe tanyao improvements would be better. Maybe you could play it either way.
MAKA heavily prefers riichi, Mortal is 50-50.
