Simon isn't outer (even if you think he is they don't claim that and I've never seen anyone claim that), he's just peak complex multiversal. DC is outer past the speedforce wall minimum. Outside the speedforce wall is above the 12D+ (spatial) local multiverse+bleed. Beyond the SFW is beyond time and everything godsphere is beyond spatial and temporal dimensions (and roughly scales to places like the Dream and Heaven). Basically the argument they made for Kyle was that he both doesn't scale to the source/presences/source wall (the animation is meaningless, like when hal cut ben's hand off) and they downscaled DC from where they previously had it. In the videos from the seasons prior they claimed DC and Marvel were equal in cosmology but now they think it's complex multiversal only. If anyone should be mad about the results it's Marvel fans because if they had this scaling outlook years prior then marvel would have a way better record vs DC.
