Actually, I found the cat abandoned in a crack house that got raided. I did not discover her until 2 weeks later so she went that long with no food or water and I figured, well, it would be cruel to take her to the shelter as no one would want her and she would be put down, which would be a rather depressing ending after all that. She's somewhat undomesticated and aggressive coming from an abusive home and weighs 13lbs, which is rather big for a housecat, but I find cats to be the best housepet as they do not need to be taken out, or cleaned, or any bullshit like that. They don't even need direct sunlight, not even hamsters are this hands off.
