Don't pay scalped prices for a B850 board if that B650M is good enough for you.

My advice is to install the CPU before you put the board inside the PC case. (place board on top of the motherboard box)
Don't remove the protective CPU socket cover until you're ready to install the CPU.
And install the CPU in the correct orientation, you shouldn't have to put any force when you're fitting the CPU to the socket.
