I thought you meant that kelly slater 5-fin set up.
If whoever shaped your board decided to put five plugs on it we must assume he set the fins position so it can be ridden either quad or thruster.
For example, look at this pic >>220023
you see how much the back fin is pushed forward? That's cause it's a round pin. Super narrow end. If otherwise you put it in a more "regular" position it would turn the back fin into an anchor-hook thing.
