i have it and ahve tried everything. iontopherosis machines work. i bought one for 400 dollars, and did it every day (20 min) for two weeks. (or until you get dry). The negatives is that you are totally completely dry all the time, with skin flaking off the palms. But it is worth it in my opinion. when you stop, it lasts maybe 3-5 weeks before you need to do it againm, but after about 2 weeks you can maintain with once a week ish
