Because Shart is not vengeful and it's irrelevant to her what happens to Viconia, she's there to save her parents and makes this clear even to other Sharrans.
Although i doubt that stems from having some sort of "feelings" for Viconia, but rather that she wants to close the book on her Sharran live and start anew.
Shart still prefers a peaceful / nonviolent approach, except now she doesn't have to pretend it is for "pragmatic" reasons.
