Nope. i tore down at least 50 defense paltforms, some of my old chokepoints, now inside the empire, had like 20 defense platforms. The starbase upkeep is still 2547.

Nope, none of them. same roughly 500 as my own and now defense platforms. I deconstructed one of them and the upkeep only went down by another 1 credit.
