Ok anons, after letting myself go and getting fat in the last 4 years I decided to lock in and get back to normal person weight in the next year. Please rate my plan.
>3xweek lifts at home with bench/adjustable dumbells
>40-50mins cardio/day on stationary bike daily
>1850 calories daily, 150g protein, 133g carbs, 80g fats
my stats atm
>186cm tall, 122kg
>plan to reduce calories eatedn daily by 100 if i stall for more than 2 weeks
am i missing something? doing something wrong?
