The internals are entirely different though. Is there any reason to believe the P365 has the same issue as the P320?

who says he pulls the trigger and it doesn't go off ...then when he shakes it (while still pulling the trigger) it does go off. That's a completely different issue than an uncommanded discharge. Also, I haven't seen this claim repeated - the P320 issue has been repeated a lot.
