Absolutely nothing. Raloxifene is already pretty weak and inconsistent when used with aa mono so using it with estrogen would be like trying to put out the sun with a water gun. Your best bet is to take regular HRT and accept the boobs. They're usually not that big anyways amd you learn to love them. Most people who hate boob growth only hate it because it tends to look uncanny with a masculine figure so that probably something you're gonna wanna fix.
Cardio, lower body lifting, waist training, and estrogen are gonna be your best friends. Or if you want a more twink look then just starve yourself or at the very least eat less. But you still have to move so don't just rot away in your room or on a desk. At least a jog every day or every other day.
