only if you're trying to be part of the top 100 in raids otherwise you can use most nikkes for any content with these teams
- Crown + any healer and two random DPS of your choice
- any of the following: Killer wife/Rouge/Liter/Siren/RH-Rapi/ as B1 and the rest can be your favortie, just make sure you can activate full burst. Liter can be obtain for free after spending 100 blue tickets
- Bunny twins or Rouge and one of the bunny twins and the rest can be your favorite
- Maid Anchor and Mast or Mast and another B2 and the rest can be your favorite
- Treasure Helm + a character with CDR and the rest can be your favorite

There are probably more teams but these are in the top of my head and as I said, Liter is free once you get her just assemble a team that can full burst and you can finish most conetent
