To be fair, steam as a software has become a slow as fuck piece of shit the moment they abandoned their own VGUI framework for their launcher and turned it into a chrome application. But then again, the steam chat was abysmal when it first launched too and it's now at least usable.
But we are not talking about the launcher software. We are clearly talking about what games does the platform offer and at how much convenience, at the answer is still steam.
