As has been said if you two have trust and good communication in your relationship then you're already most of the way there. Just tell her that this is a fantasy for you and that it would mean a lot to you if she was willing to participate in this way. Reinforce that it would make her seem really sexy and cute in your eyes.
Take all of this with a grain of salt, do whatever you think is best for your situation. But I've thought a lot about how to get girls 'into' ABDL on their own terms. And here are some of my ideas:
What's her style like? Does she have any celebrities/influencers she follows? Try to find ABDL girls maybe that have a similar look or style and show her their content.
Pull up as many different varieties of diapers and ABDL clothes as you can and show her all the different options that are out there. If she likes clothes/fashion/design, she'll be really happy to see all the options that exist. Have her pick out some diapers to try based on what she thinks looks cute. This will make her feel more involved in the process, since she's selecting 'her' diapers. And she'll be getting stuff that she at least thinks is cute if nothing else. Maybe get a variety of samples from a place like wearingclouds.com if possible and if the selection isn't bad. Having a variety of stuff for her to try will make her feel better about finding an option that works for her.
