More Ken Levine seething at Bioshock 2. The DLC is a prequel to Bioshock 1 and takes place in Rapture. It also makes the ending of Infinite's base game totally pointless because killing Booker in the nexus of time didn't kill every single iteration of him, one survived due to Robert and Rosalinde harboring him in another dimension, which for some reason let him survive the TBD (Total Booker Death). This made Elizabeth seethe as she realized she threw away her pseudo incestuous love affair for absolutely nothing and committed to killing him even if it destroyed Rapture. Which it did, she's the one who released the splicers from their quarantine so she could trick the last Booker (forma del Comstock) into getting mulched by a Big Daddy because he was trying to save a Little Sister. Infinite, Burial at Sea, and Part 2 were all effectively just ways for Levine to screech about the themes of Bioshock 2 and eliminate it from the canon timeline.
Vis a vis, Bioshock Infinite would have been way better if Booker just took her to Paris and fucked the shit out of her instead of going to the nexus and having him drowned, and even Elizabeth herself agrees with this opinion given her schizo delusions about all of it.
