i highly recommend it yeah, problem is most of duchess' relics kinda suck. the only good ones are dagger restage and character skill improved. here's my setup to give you an idea
i haven't even played duchess for that long but she is really fun so far, you don't necessarily have to rely on daggers too. rapiers and katanas work great on her
