While this is correct they were not a canon chapter nor was the events of Dawn of War canon until years later. CA could literally copy relic and just make an OC first but they would have to actually have some kind of in house passion for the setting to do it well enough.
I sincerely doubt they do so the most likely we will get is one of whatever line GW is pushing for that year in Astartes.

CA's options are;
>Black Templars
Just like other tourists they likely see them as the 'racist' chapter. Extremely unlikely outside DLC
>Blood Angels
Blonde blue eyed vampires are ripe for DLC. Unlikely
>Ultramarines
GW's choice and the easiest one to do, due to blandness as well as zeitgeist appeal. Most likely choice.
>Salamanders
The in house favourite for being 'black' and 'wholesome' I guaranfuckingtee, but they are literally a pre packaged 'fire' themed DLC.
>Space Wolves
Same as salamanders - preformed DLC sub faction.
>Dark Angels
Again, DLC bait especially with the Lion.
>All other first founding
If they do not have a real model line and need conversion pieces like Iron Hands then there is no chance. Vanilla chapters like Imperial Fists are never going to be used over UM regardless.
>Blood Ravens
No chance. Maybe as some kind of RoR or agent at best.
