This isn’t a STALKER version of Susie, this is Susie drawn wearing the Haruspex’s gear from Pathologic.
I know this because someone drew Kris, Ralsei, and (I think) Noelle wearing other characters clothes/gear from Pathologic.
Despite these two things being so different, it’s strange how they still have a bit of overlap. Pathologic 2 has two of my favorite quotes ever in a game, when you walk around the town and some of the characters are the devs directly talking to you.
