You see, they play fast and loose cause no one cares to organize and hurt them. Sure, a channel like Smash JT or Vara Dark might cover the news, but no one ever mass calls the FCC and starts massive Campaigns to get the governemnt off its ass to do its job.

The irony of this is it would have to be a political action committie that gives no fucks about actual politics. We would have to be loyal to no party, and make it so that the moment a politician backdoors some bullshit in we can get a group of politically jaded people to vote ANYONE just to scare politicians.
