It's an old remaster made a decade ago for the Xbox One that was intentionally played up with UE4 to try to highlight how far tech had come since the original Gears release. The problem is the art team were full of retards that just changed whatever regardless of anything. Case in point, GoW2 and Classic models for 3 kept the skull being painted on instead of a literal steel emblem among other things, while Ultimate/Reloaded just does whatever it wants with the designs.
