That's underselling it. It's a species they created called a "fanboy" that anons have said serve the same purpose in the deviantart comics as the goblins in Goblin Slayer do. Except the fanboys get turned off and refuse to inflate their target if the target consents or enjoys it. It's a hilariously enlightening rabbit hole. The artist behind the pilot is adamant his version of the fanboy has a completely different design when it's just a slightly fatter recolor.
