Reminder the first 30 minutes were shown to a number of regular people recently and the reactions were overwhelmingly positive. That doesn't mean the full movie will end up being good but it's at least a good sign. I have a friend who works for Troma Entertainment and knows Lloyd Kaufman personally and he was told there's some incredible effects in the movie, specifically the sequences with Superman flying in action. There's also apparently a lot of practical effects in the movie such as real set pieces and animatronics so it's not just all CGI slop.

I'm actually pretty optimistic about the movie even though 99% of these doom threads are just clickbait and are filled with shitposts
