Christians on this board. What specific teaching by Jesus is appealing to you?

I always assumed that Jesus must have been really profound for people to worship him especially seeing how Jewish the old testament is. He'd have to be pretty based to overcome that. But then I read the gospels and nothing he said was particularly intriguing. It's mostly just moralfagging, magic tricks, and teary eyed monotheistic worship.

Don't understand why it appeals to you people, especially to right-wingers.
