The problem I see is that the casinos are still being run by Boomers for Boomers. The Strip can live but it needs to modernize or nobody will show up.
>They need to improve their theming. Not the general themes of the hotels, but the theme of the casino floors. In summery, waifu that shit up. Millennials and Zoomers don't give a rats ass about Ol' Buffalo Bills Bonanza or Wheel of Fortune or Chink Pings Fortune Machine. I'm talking casino branded machines, I'm talking about Roman themed waifus and Roman phonk edits plastered across every machine in Caesar's Palace.
>Go back to having a loss leader. It used to be that the cheap food and cheap rooms were loss leaders, casinos barely made a profit on those things if they even profited at all but they ate those losses to get people in the doors to gamble, which was where the real money was made. I suggest a modification to the principal. You keep shit expensive, but you VASTLY REDUCE prices on food and rooms for your low-tier loyalty members. It forms a strong incentive for price sensitive Millennials and Zoomers to become repeat, loyal customers.
>Entertainment, entertainment, entertainment. The jig is up on gambling, I think. People don't want to just give their money to machines or tables anymore, gambling isn't a thrill anymore and even if it is you can often just gamble on your phone. No, you gotta lean into experiences, entertainment, stuff a Millennial or Zoomer can't do on their phone.
