first of all it's pretty distorted because of the shitty compression I had to do for 4crap to allow me to upload the file, but the main thing is the lights, there are like 2 suns there one making the reflection of the window and the other pointing on the bed, up on the ceiling there is also a point of light, the trick is to play with many light sources until you get what you are looking for.

ironically I learned everything from youtube and manuals, years ago, for some reason I took 3d as a hobby and I liked it a lot so I ended up learning about blender from sources on the internet.

in youtube there are university level tutorials if you get to filter all the clickbait shit, I learned from a spanish teacher that for some reason decided to give his courses for free on youtube, unfortunately I can't find him but I don't think he's any good for you since his tutorials are with the 2.0 versions of blender.
