Going forward all CEOS of every company will be hip black people. This will work because America is a country that worships niggers.
This gives the company good boy diversity points. It makes blacks more supportive. White people at worst just don't care, but lots will outwardly support the decision so they seem less racist. The jews will like it. The only people who would possibly dislike it are Asian grannies who lost the knockout game.
Nobody will criticize the company because the CEO would just come out and say "Oh it'z cuz i'm BLAKK huh???"
