I became a big of a fat slop last & this year, so I've started running again. I aimed for 1400-1600 calories, but something must've fucked up in my plan, so I'm running to cut off the extra 300 or so. Seems sustainable so far. 2 weeks of running, 5 days a week without much need for recovery. I moved my treadmill in front of my TV, so I'm going through my backlog of movies I've not seen in ages/want to watch. Went through the Jurassic Park movies. Jurassic Park 3 is way different than I remember, and the following 3 were so dogshit it's insane.
