Juggernaut suits are kind of a mashup of bombsuits and random pieces of heavy armor.
Bombsuits are pretty horrid to wear. Really they only get used for short periods when an EOD team is working out of a vehicle. An EOD team embedded in some rural region doing foot patrol doesn't just wear them around what should be obvious reasons.
The closest thing to giga heavy armor are breaching guys. Things like surge era Iraq, US SF doing breaching into buildings were kind of being forced to come in through an obvious chokepoint, so the first guy in would have something like a CIRAS+ groin/leg/shoulder armor on. even then, that's for a specific reason and short duration. and you know, not carrying around a machinegun like it's an "assault rifle+".
