To me, it just takes a lot of the fun out of the creative process. As an example, say you wanted vocals for something, or a song. The do-it-yourself individual may go out into the world and find people they know or just keep tabs on the speaking voices of people they meet, or a local band, and you make something with those resources. Same way you may hire a local artist or someone you meet at a convention. Not necessarily taking the easiest route and making something with parts at your disposal. Frankly, idgaf if shit ass AAA companies use it to shit something out, but i feel it will either hurt, or greatly push away the individual creators ability to create something with their specific "DNA" so to speak ingrained in it to make it feel unique, or lived experiences that are reflected in what one creates.
